These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Krishak Kalyan website, Android app, and related services operated by Spark Green Ventures & Innovations (“Krishak Kalyan”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Krishak Kalyan provides digital tools for farmers, including weather and mandi information, community features, agronomy assistance (including AI Saathi), soil-testing requests, and a marketplace for agri-inputs and related goods.

Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter a contract in India. You are responsible for the mobile number used to sign in, for OTP security, and for activity on your account. Provide accurate profile, farm, and delivery details.

Marketplace orders

Product listings, prices, packing sizes, and availability may change. An order is confirmed only after we accept it. Prepaid orders may be paid through PhonePe or another payment partner shown in the app. Cash on delivery may be available for some products and locations. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Digital services and AI Saathi

Some features, including AI Saathi plans, are paid digital services. Advice in the app is general agronomy support and is not a substitute for on-ground inspection, a licensed professional, or label instructions on seeds, fertilisers, or pesticides. You remain responsible for farm decisions.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prepaid payments are collected by our payment partner. A successful payment does not by itself guarantee stock or delivery if an item cannot be fulfilled; in that case we will cancel the affected item and refund the eligible amount as described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by posting unlawful or harmful content, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or using the app for fraud. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Krishak Kalyan name, logo, app, website, and content we publish are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial farming use as offered. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Krishak Kalyan and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including crop loss arising from reliance on advisory content. Our total liability for a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Krishak Kalyan and its affiliates against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
