Spark Green Ventures & Innovations (“Krishak Kalyan”, “we”, “us”) operates the Krishak Kalyan website, Android app, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our Service.

By using Krishak Kalyan, you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information we collect

We may collect the following information to create your account and provide farming, marketplace, and advisory services:

• Account details such as name, mobile number, and OTP verification data.
• Profile and farm details such as village, tehsil, district, state, crops, and land information you choose to save.
• Delivery address for shop orders.
• Approximate location, used for weather and mandi information. We do not store precise GPS as a default practice.
• Photos or text you send to AI Saathi or other in-app tools.
• Order, subscription, and payment status for agri-input purchases and AI Saathi plans.
• Device and log data such as IP address, device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and usage statistics.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the app, fulfil orders, process payments, provide agronomy and AI assistance, send order or account notifications, prevent fraud, improve the Service, and comply with law.

Payments

Prepaid payments are processed by PhonePe and other authorised payment partners. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, and amounts needed to confirm an order or membership. We do not store your full UPI PIN, card number, CVV, or banking password.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to host data, send notifications, process payments, analyse crashes, and deliver orders. These providers may access personal information only to perform work on our behalf and are expected not to use it for other purposes.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with delivery partners to ship orders, with payment partners to complete a transaction, with professional advisers, or if required by law, regulation, or a lawful request. We may also share aggregated or anonymised information that does not identify you.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, keep order and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may update profile and address details in the app. To request correction or deletion of personal information, email contact@krishakkalyan.com. We may retain records required for orders, payments, or law.

Children

Krishak Kalyan is intended for farmers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
